If we cannot resolve the matter together and a complaint or dispute still remains, you have the option to submit this for an independent assessment. There are 2 options for this, namely:

Certification Organizations
We are both members of the Foundation Webshop Keurmerk as well as TrustedShops. This does not offer you a 100% guarantee, but it does offer you a high degree of certainty that we act correctly.

European Commission
