Returns

Want to return an item? It's easy.
This is how it works:

1. Check your email
You will receive an email with a link to your order.

2. Open the order page
Click the link in the email to view your order.

3. Click on the return button
On the order page you can select the item you want to return and start the return process.

4. Follow the steps
Complete the return request and send your package via the selected shipping point.

Returns Policy

It's possible your order isn't to your liking. That's a shame! You can return your order to us without any obligation. You can return your order by parcel post or return it to our showroom within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

At Multicare-Centrum, you can unpack and inspect your order upon receipt. To receive a full refund, it's important that you return your product in its original condition and undamaged. Feel free to inspect the product as you would in a store. Return costs are your responsibility.

We recommend using the original packaging for your return, if possible. The opening of the packaging must be securely sealed to prevent the product from being damaged. We also prefer your return to be well packaged to prevent damage during transit.

You cannot return this

  • Products received more than 14 days ago
  • Products that are returned unpackaged
  • Custom made products
  • Products that are used, damaged or incomplete
  • Do not write, paste or tape on the original packaging.
  • Packaging of sterile products or foodstuffs must not be returned opened.
  • Exchanges via the webshop are not possible. You can return your item and place a new order directly online.
  • Packages of glucose strips or sensors must not be opened!

Return instructions

Returning your order is at your own risk. We therefore advise you to pay attention to the following points.

  1. Make sure the product is returned undamaged and clean.
  2. Please return the product in its original packaging. If this isn't possible, please package the product securely to prevent damage during transport to our warehouse.
  3. Please keep the track & trace code of the returned product until you have received your refund.
